Construction is progressing

Day by day something is happening and we're getting closer to our goal. We are building 3 more floors on the hotel we bought. We have taken over a building that was already under construction and up to the 3rd floor. Our goal and plan is to have 6 floors in total in the hotel, plus a rooftop.

It was pretty much a raw shell - and it still very much is. There are a lot of decisions to make and it's about getting it right from the start. This has also meant that we have made changes to the original floor plan. We changed the window sections on the floors that were already built as we wanted different results.

We create a floor plan that we think is functional and organise the rooms in a way that we find useful and attractive. We care a lot about the atmosphere and creating an experience in the hotel itself.
