Construction status March 2024 and construction is progressing

Everything is going as it should with the construction. It's progressing and people are working hard and diligently every day. We have good people on the project and the process is under control both when we are physically on the island and when we are not.

The pictures here are from the 3rd and 4th floors, which are well underway. The metal struts (soldiers) were quite a maze to navigate, and it was just a matter of getting them up quickly!

4. the 4th floor is starting to take shape. They're just about finished laying everything and will soon be able to start moulding.

Both the interior walls (which have been built up and rebuilt) are well on their way, the large and larger window sections are taking shape.

We are building the hotel up to the 6th floor. The building was already on the 3rd floor when we bought it, but since we've completely changed the floor plan and everything inside on the first 3 existing floors, it's taken a lot of time so far.

It's been a huge task to get here. But we're up and running. We're building up, up, up 😅, it's going to be SO GOOD.

Note the work "shoes", not exactly safety shoes 😅 by Danish standards. Here in the Maldives you can get a long way with flip-flops.

And what a view to have at the workplace... ? ☀️, not bad, right?

We look forward to welcoming you when the hotel is finished. We expect to open the hotel for guests in late 2024, early 2025.
